If you're under the care of a doctor or therapist, keep them. This work sits alongside that, it doesn't replace it. If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have a history of psychosis, speak to your doctor before doing breathwork, and tell me.
Prices are shown in US dollars and taken through Stripe. On a payment plan, the full amount is owed for the agreed term regardless of how many sessions you use. Full details are in the refunds and cancellations page.
Course material, recordings, guided practices and written material stay mine. You get personal access to them, which you're welcome to keep and use for yourself. Please don't copy, share, resell or republish them. Anything you create in your own life from this work is entirely yours.
I'll do this work with care and skill. What I can't do is guarantee a particular outcome, because that depends on you and your life as much as on me. Nothing I say is medical, legal or financial advice. Where the law gives you consumer guarantees, nothing here takes them away from you.
