Human regulation expert
Ten years a bodybuilder. World champion. Still couldn't switch off. I take powerful men out of the chaos and back into their bodies.
Work With Me →Is This You
The business. The body. The name. You look completely in control.
Inside, you're running on adrenaline, hustle, and whatever quiets the noise. You can't sit still. You can't be present. And under all of it, there's a quiet voice telling you you're a fraud, and one day everyone finds out.
You built all of it to feel enough.
It worked on the outside. It changed nothing on the inside.
So you keep running. Because stopping means feeling it.
What You Actually Want
Even if you'd never say it out loud.
Why This Isn't Another App You'll Delete
You've tried discipline. Another win. Another number. Maybe a meditation app you quit, or a therapist you couldn't connect with. Nothing in your language. Nothing from someone who's actually lived it.
I spent ten years looking successful from the outside. From 2014: stripping three nights a week, PT two or three more. Making good money, taking drugs, going from one thing straight to the next. I was good at what I was doing. I was completely empty doing it.
I won the PCA Pro Muscle Model World Championship to feel accepted. To be enough. It worked for about a week. Then I needed the next one.
In September 2024 I went and lived in a monastery in Chiang Mai for 30 days. Four to six hours of meditation a day. Eating twice. No noise. Just me and everything I'd been running from.
That was the crack. Not a breakdown. Just the first time I actually stopped long enough to feel what was underneath all the running.
Breathwork was the thing that brought me back. Not because it was spiritual. Because it was physical. It got me out of my head and into my body for the first time in my life.
I'm not standing here clean.
I was the chaos. Bodybuilder. Fighter. Stripper. Running on cocaine and conviction that I was one more win away from feeling it.
I know what it's like to be the most disciplined man in the room and the most out of control at the same time.
That's why I'm not here to soften you. I'm here to bring you back to yourself, without making you small.
The Shift
It takes you from running hot to grounded. You keep the fire. You lose the self-destruction.
The trigger hits. You used to be halfway through the reaction before you even noticed. This work builds the gap, the moment between stimulus and response where you actually get to choose.
Your nervous system doesn't respond to understanding. It responds to safety. Breathwork is a direct line to the part of you that runs every stress response, no thinking required.
You've been building to feel enough. When you actually feel it, the way you build changes entirely. Unshakeable, not just unstoppable. That's what grounded looks like.
The Work in Action
"What I felt was beyond just breathing, a stillness, a memory, like I've been there before. While I was breathing, I felt as if I had lived that moment already. Something deeper. It felt very familiar."
"I realised I wasn't broken. My nervous system was just exhausted. The work helped me slow down enough to actually hear myself again. That changed how I move through everything."
"For the first time, nothing felt forced. I didn't leave each session feeling 'pumped up', I left feeling settled. Things that used to spiral just… didn't anymore."
