The Process
No two people are the same, so no two containers are identical. But here's the shape of the work:
We start where your nervous system is right now, not where it should be. The first sessions are about understanding how your body is currently running and beginning to create physiological safety. Breathwork is the primary tool. It works faster than most people expect.
As regulation increases, the things running under the surface, old stories, coping mechanisms, identities that feel real but were learned, become easier to see and work with. Not forced. It happens organically when the nervous system isn't in survival mode.
Daily practices, breathwork rituals, decision-making frameworks, ways to return to yourself when life pulls you out. By the end of three months, the regulation isn't a technique you have to remember. It's how you move through the world.

Common Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This isn't therapy and I'm not a therapist. If you're working with a therapist, this complements that work, a lot of people find they get more out of therapy when their nervous system is more regulated. But this is coaching, not clinical treatment.
Do I need breathwork experience?
None. We start where you are. Everything is explained and guided, you don't need to know anything going in.
What if I've tried coaching before and it didn't work?
Worth exploring why. Most coaching works from the mind down, goals, accountability, strategy. This starts with the nervous system. If what you've tried before hasn't reached the body, this is a different approach.
Is this available online?
Yes. All sessions are via video call. The work is just as effective. Clients are across Dubai, the UK, Australia, the US, and beyond.
How do I know if it's the right fit?
Book the clarity call. It's 30 minutes, no pressure. I'll ask you what's going on, you can ask me anything, and we'll both know by the end of the call whether this makes sense.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice where possible. We'll work it out.
